Roksa Shop may also offer one digital service product: Remote IT Setup Support. This is a digital service and does not include physical shipment.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, clear instructions, and any access or details required to complete the service.

Delays may occur if required information, access, or communication is not provided on time.

No physical product will be shipped for this digital service.

10. Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Digital services are delivered by email, written guidance, remote support, consultation, project update, or another agreed digital method.

Estimated delivery or service timelines may be shown on the product page, checkout page, or provided during communication.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
